Common questions from IT directors and platform teams

Yes. The Classroom tier includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can run a pilot with up to 120 students across up to 3 courses before committing. If you need a longer pilot or want to include an admin dashboard, reach out and we can work something out.

Adaptcourse connects to any LMS that supports LTI 1.3 or REST webhooks. We also support Clever and Classlink for roster sync on the School and District tiers. Direct CSV import is available on all tiers. If you use a custom or proprietary LMS, contact us to discuss your integration path.

We treat student response data as education records under FERPA: no advertising use, no third-party sale, deletion available on request, and US-based data storage. For programs that include students under 13, our COPPA-compliant data handling controls are on our product roadmap. If your district requires COPPA coverage for a current deployment, contact us to discuss the timeline and requirements.

The Classroom tier includes one teacher seat. It is designed for a single teacher running a pilot with their own classes. If you need multiple teacher logins, the School tier includes up to 30 teacher seats. For larger deployments, the District / Platform tier has unlimited seats.

Your subscription pauses at semester end. You are not charged for months when no students are enrolled. When a new semester begins, you re-enroll students and billing resumes at your per-student rate. Student history carries over between semesters so the engine retains prior knowledge state.

Yes. The District / Platform tier supports per-enrollment billing under a custom contract. This is especially common for online course providers who enroll students on rolling schedules rather than fixed semesters. Contact us to discuss pricing that fits your platform's enrollment model.
